Hasselblad

Victor Hasselblad set up his company in Gothenburg in 1941 to build aerial cameras for the Swedish air force. His 1948 Hasselblad 1600F was a modular medium-format SLR: lenses, film backs and viewfinders could all be swapped.
Modified Hasselblad 500-series cameras went to the Moon with Apollo 11 in 1969, so many of the best-known photographs of the Moon landings were taken on them. The Chinese drone maker DJI took a majority stake in 2017.
